GP Plus V4 Leather Jacket
The GP Plus V4 leather jacket, derived from racing, is more than just an evolution of the renowned V3 jacket; it's a true revolution. With its revised silhouette, improved material selection, a modernized look with refined details, and a lighter overall weight, the GP Plus V4 is the ideal choice. The three main differences on the GP Plus V4 are the use of A-CS™ Plus stretch fabric, extended GP-R Lite elbow armor, and updated graphics. A-CS™ Plus stretch fabric is a composite stretch material from Alpinestars, found in the jacket's large side panels. A material technology derived from MotoGP, A-CS™ Plus stretch offers increased elasticity, high abrasion resistance, superior tear resistance compared to leather, and a lower profile and overall weight—all important features that riders demand when it comes to enhanced comfort and performance. The GP Plus V4's chassis construction is complemented by a blend of racing and standard cowhide leather, with tech stretch materials on the chest, shoulders, back of the neck, and inner arms. It features external DFS Dynamic Friction Shield shoulder protectors with CE Level 1 Nucleon Flex Plus armor underneath. Inside, the jacket comes with a detachable 80g thermal vest and incorporates long, direct-access vents on the abdomen for ventilation and climate control. Tech-Air® compatible. Race-derived A-CS™ Plus stretch panels offer increased flexibility and freedom of movement. A-CS™ Plus offers high levels of abrasion and tear resistance, as well as excellent breathability, and is lighter and more streamlined than accordion leather panels. The DFS shoulder kit with Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder armor provides impact protection and freedom of movement. Extended GP-R Lite elbow armor and a pre-curved race fit offer impact protection and a comfortable, natural, pre-curved riding position.
